RETURN POLICY
At jessie's Wig, your satisfaction is always our top priority. We understand the difficulties of shipping online, also we love our customers and want you to have a good shopping exprience with us. The items you purchased at Jessie's Wig are valid for return and exchange within 30days after you receive the products. Please feel feel to contact us if you have any needs.

Helpful Hint:
1. The reurn items must be unworn, unwashed, original lace( uncut ), original curl pattern( undispersed ), and have the original packaging & gifts attached. If not, the customer is responsible for it and no refund will be issued.
2.The return shipping fee is afforded by the customer. We advise you use USPS for your return. Customized hair (Including wigs & bundles, Like customized color or wig size cap) can not be returned or exchanged.
3.If the returning is due to buyer’s problems (Such as don’t like/want, order wrong product/size ), we will remove $20 from your refund as a loss of freight and handling fee, and please contact us for returning within one month of receiving.
How to Refund or Exchange:
1. Step 1:
You contact our customer service representatives within 30 days after you receive it.

Please indicate your order number & the reason you want to exchange or return your hair, also please attach the pictures of the wig and the package you received.
2. Step 2:
After the return/exchange request has been authorized, our customer service will send you the Return & Exchange address.
3.Step 3:
Please ship the hair back to the address we provide you and include the order number. Email us the return tracking number after you ship the hair back. We will start the process of refund or exchange when we receive the return package.
Cancellation:
You can cancel your order within 2 hours by our customer service email ( jessieswig@gmail.com) . For more than 2 hours, we can’t make sure if it can be cancelled successfully.
If you want to change your order before the shipping, you can contact us by email; Once your order has been shipped out, we will not be able to change/cancel it.
If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.
If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.
